From the receipt of your order, you have 30 days right to withdrawal by requesting a return. You are entitled to withdrawal in full or in part irrespective of the reason. The return right expires after the passing of the aforementioned term.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Also, note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility to pay for the shipping costs if you decide to return the goods to us.

1) The number of the order
2) The goods to be returned
3) Name of the buyer
We will provide you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund
When withdrawing from the purchase, you shall return the goods to us within 30 days after having requested the return of goods via the above mentioned email address. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, we shall return the amount paid for the goods to your bank account or card, from which the respective amount was paid on the basis of the order, within 14 days after receipt of the goods returned. No interest shall be calculated or paid on the money returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
